- Travailler avec les clients pour établir, vérifier et modifier les données de catalogage dans le Système Canadien de Catalogage du Gouvernement (SCCG).
- Analyser les données de Planification des Ressources de Distribution (PRD) pour surveiller les activités d'approvisionnement ;
- Planifier et mettre en œuvre l'approvisionnement et la distribution de matériel ;
- Établir, maintenir et gérer les comptes d'approvisionnement à l'appui des activités d'acquisition et de soutien du matériel (A&S).
- Effectuer des activités de gestion de matériel à l'appui de la gestion de configuration.
- Surveiller les activités d'approvisionnement à l'appui de la maintenance, de la réparation, de la révision et des activités de l'équipe de gestion de l'équipement.
- Diplôme universitaire dans une discipline pertinente telle que le commerce, la finance, les achats ou le génie ;
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience récente dans un service d'approvisionnement ;
- 5+ ans d'expérience dans l'utilisation d'un ERP basé sur SAP ;
- 5+ ans d'expérience dans le développement de politiques matérielles ;
- 5+ ans d'expérience dans la planification des besoins en matériel ;
- 5+ ans d'expérience dans la saisie de données transactionnelles matérielles ;
- 5+ ans d'expérience dans la gestion des stocks ;
- 5+ ans d'expérience dans la distribution d'actifs ;
- Doit détenir une autorisation de sécurité de niveau de fiabilité valide ou être éligible à en obtenir une ;
- Une expérience de travail avec le DRMIS serait considérée comme un atout.
- Be responsible for leading, planning, conducting and controlling all aspects of procurement initiatives and activities under their signing authority and ensures these activities are in compliance with legal requirements;
- Preparing Recommended Order Buy (ROB) lists with data pulled from the SAP ERP system;
- Work with the clients to establish, verify and modify cataloguing data in the Canadian Government Cataloguing System (CGCS).
- Analyze Distribution Resource Planning (DRP) data to monitor supply activities;
- Planning and implementing materiel provisioning and distribution;
- Setting up, maintaining, and managing supply accounts in support of Materiel Acquisition and Support (MA&S) activities.
- Performing materiel management activities in support of configuration management.
- Monitor supply activities in support of maintenance, repair, overhaul, and Equipment Management Team activities.
- University degree in a relevant discipline such as Commerce, Finance, Purchasing or Engineering;
- Minimum of 5+ years of recent experience working in a Procurement
department; - 5+ years of experience using an SAP based ERP
- 5+ years of experience supporting Material Policy Development;
- 5+ years of experience supporting Material requirements Planning;
- 5+ years of experience supporting Material Transactional Data Entry;
- 5+ years of experience supporting Inventory Management;
- 5+ years of experience supporting Asset Distribution;
- Must hold a valid reliability level security clearance or be eligible to obtain one;
- Experience working with DRMIS would be considered an asset;
