    Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Community & Customer Relations Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting HIAA's community outreach program, in addition to coordinating customer service responses in both English and French by phone and email. The Community & Customer Relations Coordinator will also support the Communications & Marketing team with bilingual communications content and responses for social media channels. This role supports team efforts to enhance HIAA's reputation as a sustainable and socially responsible organization by building and maintaining support for community groups and organizations in alignment with HIAA's strategic priorities and values.
    Fluently bilingual in English and French. Other languages would be an asset.
    Experience working with social media.
    Extensive experience working with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
    Experience using MS Sharepoint and MS Teams is an asset.
    Exceptional written and oral communication skills in both English and French.
    Excellent organization, prioritization, planning and decision-making skills.
    A combination of office and remote work options are available for this position.

    Relevant de la directrice, Affaires publiques et marketing, le coordonnateur des relations communautaires et avec la clientèle sera responsable de gérer et de soutenir les programmes d'approche communautaire de l'AAIH, ainsi que de coordonner des réponses du Service à la clientèle en anglais et en français, par téléphone et par courriel. De plus, le coordonnateur des relations communautaires et avec la clientèle aidera également l'équipe des affaires publiques et du marketing en ce qui a trait au contenu bilingue des communications et aux réponses sur les canaux de médias sociaux. Être parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais). Avoir de l'expérience avec les médias sociaux.
    Posséder une expérience approfondie dans l'utilisation de MS Office, notamment Outlook, Word, PowerPoint et Excel.
    Une expérience dans l'utilisation de MS Sharepoint et de MS Teams constitue un atout.
    Posséder des compétences exceptionnelles en communications orales et écrites, en anglais et en français.
    Posséder d'excellentes compétences en organisation, en établissement de priorités, en planification et en prise de décisions.
    Possibilité de travail en mode hybride (télétravail et présence au bureau).
