    Requirements

    What you will do:

  • Preparation and installation of equipment for new employees, such as laptops etc
  • Front-line, first-level technical support for internal users
  • Work with the team to forecast hardware and software provisioning
  • Create, edit and modify accounts in Active Directory and Office 365
  • Troubleshoot any issues with employee workstations and related hardware
  • Propose new ideas and projects in order to constantly improve the productivity of the team and the support provided to employees
  • Support implementation of secure design principles according to policies and standards of information security
  • Propose ideas and new projects to continuously improve the team's way of working and service to the internal users
  • What you will bring:

  • Degree in IT with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of the following technologies: Active Directory, Windows 10, 11, Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022 Azure and Office 365, Linux
