- Must have Current General Class (Practising) Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Must have current BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year current Hemodialysis experience with demonstrated clinical competence required
- Current experience with patient population (ESRD, Diabetes and its complications) required
- Vascular access skills required, venipuncture skills preferred
- Nephrology Certification (CNS) or evidence of working towards required
- Demonstrated continuous professional learning required
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced multidisciplinary setting required
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required
- Excellent attendance record required
