    Overview

    As the Marketing Manager, you will be joining a fast-growing marketing team that is responsible for the growth and marketing of OPRG Consulting's specialized consulting firms in global change management (Daggerwing Group), global health (Rabin Martin), and social impact and fundraising (Changing Our World).

    We're searching for a highly qualified Marketing Manager who can contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, content creation, social media, campaign management, and project management. The Marketing Manager must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

    Your Opportunity/Responsibilities:

    • Assist in developing and implementing the brand strategy of each consultancy.
    • Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation initiatives; prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success.
    • Perform ongoing research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data and findings.
    • Find conference and event opportunities, as well as partnerships with well-known brands and publications; project manage those opportunities from start-to-finish.
    • Help to pull together materials, develop slide decks, handle logistics and provide general support on upcoming conferences and speaking events.
    • Conceptualize, produce, edit, and publish high-quality thought leadership articles, videos, webinars, and podcast episodes.
    • Help to manage the editorial calendar, ensuring a balance in content mediums, culture content, and content for prospective clients; manage the project management tracker, ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Help to manage the social media accounts to amplify content, aid recruiting, and increase overall brand awareness; providing recommendations to boost higher performance.

    Required skills and qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in marketing or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills; possess strong writing skills
    • Meticulous attention to detail in developing marketing materials and proofreading content
    • Strong project management and organizational skills
    • Proactive, self-starter

    • Positive attitude, a willingness to learn, be agile and open to constructive feedback
    • Thrives under pressure in collaborative and non-structured environment, ability to be flexible to continually changing priorities
    • High degree of proactivity, a strong work ethic and self-motivated
    • Career interest in marketing and/or business development
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) on Mac, we are an Apple-friendly environment
