    We are seeking a mature, reliable, team player to join a family-owned and operated chemical supplier in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principals, and have clear communication skills.

    This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 to $50,000, company-paid benefits, an annual bonus plan, and a great work environment.

    Advantages

    Shift:
    Monday -Friday, 8:30-5pm (1 hour lunch)

    $ based on experience and language skills)

    2 weeks vacation

    Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:
    Handling incoming customer inquiries and determining their needs
    Responding to inquiries regarding existing orders
    Initiating outbound calls to existing and potential customers
    Entering orders into the system
    Participating in telephone sales campaigns
    Working cooperatively with other departments

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
    3+ years of office-based customer service experience (ideally in an industrial setting)
    Mature attitude
    Reliability
    Teamwork skills
    Clear communication skills
    Understanding of technical concepts
    A background in chemistry or science (an asset)
    Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
