    Come to Vancouver, British Columbia, for this long-term contract / temporary to hire Project Assistant role.

    Your responsibilities in this role

    • Analyzing information, preparing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and developing presentations
    • Taking minutes at meetings and maintaining records of assignments and progress
    • Supporting Project Managers and maintaining project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications
    • Support project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
    • Making travel arrangements and finding accommodations for training seminars, conferences and additional projectrelated events
    • Distributing project information to key partners
    • Utilizing online research tools to find information
    • Seeking further information to fill in gaps of incomplete documents
    Job Requirements:

    • Meeting coordination and planning experience desired
    • Command of Administrative Assistance
    • Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite is desired
    • 1+ years of business/office experience necessary for this position
    • High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills
    • Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
    • This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent, though a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred
    • Highly skilled at database and file management
    • Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
    • Skill in Microsoft Office Suite applications
    • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
