As a Project Coordinator within our Civil & Infrastructure division,you will manage several activities and deadlines to gain a clearer picture ofclient, team and project needs. What YOU Will Do

Assist the project team with coordination and project support;

Collaborate and keep the lines of communication open when working with team members, trade partners, consultants and clients;

Take pride in your ability to effectively review, interpret and update the construction schedules;

Utilize your passion for organization through maintenance, review and follow-up of shop drawings, RFI's, material purchase orders, change notice quotes and project completion documents;

Effectively collect, review and analyze project quotes with emphasis on obtaining the very best prices in the market;

Take pride in compiling and completing company wide project reports;

Assemble, attend, document and emphasize the importance of project meetings;

Demonstrate leadership in Health, Safety and Environmental Protection on the project.Effectively apply the requirements of the project specific safety standards to promote Pomerleau's HS&E standards, applicable OH&S acts, regulations and codes with all employees and trade partners on the project;

Embrace the learning experience and be open to internal career opportunities;

Celebrate project success and completion and be a key member of the project wrap-up process.

What YOU Will Bring

0-5 years' experience in the civil construction industry;

A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience;

A proven track record of project coordination and team collaboration;

Solid written and verbal communication skills;

Strong computer skills with enthusiasm for innovation;

Knowledge of the BC market and the ability to work throughout greater Vancouver.

The expected salary range for this opportunityis $70,000 - $90,000. Please note that salaries may vary depending on thecandidate's experience and geographical location. Listed compensationis exclusive of bonus and in addition to our extensive employeebenefits program which is listed above. Availability of certain benefitsmay vary based on the specific job role.
