    Job Description:

    Tasks:

    1. Establish work schedules and procedures
    2. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
    3. Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
    4. Prepare and submit reports
    5. Perform general office duties
    6. Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units
    7. Prepare and maintain progress and other reports
    8. Provide customer service
    9. Keep track of shipments
    10. Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices
    11. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
    12. Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, Adobe Acrobat Reader, MS Office
