    Executive Assistant

    We are looking for a skilled and highly organized individual to provide top-notch assistance to high-level executives, while also handling business support, administrative tasks, and management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating office activities, overseeing business operations, and offering support in various administrative functions.

    • Assist executives in preparing for meetings by compiling necessary documents and materials
    • Handle email responses and document requests on behalf of executives promptly
    • Create slides, meeting notes, and other documents as required for executives
    • Offer business support to executives, including research, report preparation, and presentation assistance
    • Analyze and organize data to aid decision-making processes
    • Coordinate office activities to ensure seamless operations
    • Manage office supplies inventory and replenish as needed
    • Welcome office visitors and maintain a hospitable environment
    • Efficiently handle inbound and outbound office mail
    • Organize executives' calendars and help schedule appointments and events
    • Manage social media marketing tasks, such as content creation, scheduling, and engagement strategies

    Proven experience in administrative and clerical work is essential, preferably in a similar role, focusing on business support and management.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, with coursework in business administration or related field a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams
    • Experience in juggling multiple tasks, administrative coordination, and logistics, showcasing strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and provide insights for business decision-making
