    Position Summary

    Haventree is growing and we are searching for a dynamic and highly energetic V ice President , Sales who will lead Haventree Bank's mortgage origination business development. As the successful candidate you will build corporate sales plans and strategies to ensure we meet the company's sales goals and deliver on target ed revenues . You bring extensive experience leading a high -performing sales team in the mortgage industry and a strong network in the mortgage broker community .

    Major Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
    • Develop and execute annual sales plans to increase Haventree Bank's market share i n the channels that we serve and achieve the Bank's strategic objectives .
    • Increase the organization's sales effectiveness by defining sales processes that drive sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required .
    • Partner with Haventree Bank peers to design and launch new product s and programs .
    • Managing sales forecasting and projection as it applies to key metrics within the annual plan.
    • D esign and deliver concise reporting and dashboards to team members to ensure the highest level of customer service and account management .
    • Act as senior relationship manager for our most important critical relationships .
    • Be a brand ambassador for Haventree at industry conferences and events .
    • Leverage and build on strong relationships in the mortgage community .
    • Manage annual operating and program budgets.
    • Hire, develop and mentor sales team members on best practices.
    • Maintain a positive work environment by fostering meaningful relationships with key business stakeholders across the organization.
    • Travel for in person meetings with team members, customers and partners .

    Qualifications & Experience:

    Degrees, Diplomas & Certifications:

    • This position requires a bachelor's degree in business or an MBA; and/or an equivalent level of education and work experience in financial services and sales.

    Years and Range of Experience Required to Perform the Job:

    • Extensive experience leading, inspiring, and motivating a sales team in the mortgage industry .
    • Proven experience in building a successful go to market strategy and corporate sales plan .
    • Previous experience in building and growing a channel .
    • M inimum of 10 years' experience at a senior leadership level .
    • Previous demonstrated experience in growing a sales team .
    • Proven experience in leading a team of 12 + salespeople across different geographies .
    • Previous experience providing status reports with market and customer feedback to the corporate leadership team .
    • Previous experience utilizing CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline and closing data, preferably Sales Force .
    • Proven track record in setting and achieving ambitious sales targets .
    • Established contacts and relationships with mortgage brokers, other relevant channel partners and industry associations .
    • Outstanding consultative selling ability and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level partners .
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills (both oral and written) .
    • T ake initiative and be proactive, solving problems independently .
    • S trong organization skills and can prioritize and multi-task multiple demands .
    • C reative and innovative, able to be flexible with our fast-growing business .
    • E njoy working in a tight knit team, and value open communication and respect .
    • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset .
