    Field Sales Manager - Winnipeg, MB, Canada - Mondelez España Galletas Production SLU

    Êtes-vous prêt à faire bouger les choses chez Mondelez International?
    Vous dirigez une équipe de représentants et de gestionnaires des ventes sur le terrain afin d'assurer l'exécution de la stratégie de vente et la réalisation des IRC et des objectifs annuels.
    Gérer, développer et motiver l'équipe et travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe chargée des capacités de vente pour assurer la formation de celle-ci.
    Créer et gérer des objectifs de vente annuels afin d'atteindre les indicateurs de rendement clé et les objectifs convenus en matière de revenus des réseaux, et fournir les rapports nécessaires.
    Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les principales parties prenantes, notamment les équipes chargées des comptes, des catégories, de l'activation, des capacités de vente et du financement des clients, afin d'obtenir un rendement optimal dans votre région.
    Connaissances approfondies du marché et des processus de mise en marché dans lesquels Mondelēz International réalise ses activités;
    Expérience dans le domaine de la vente et de la gestion d'une équipe de vendeurs;
    Solides connaissances des processus de vente et de négociation;
    Gestionnaire des ventes sur le terrain pour le territoire du Manitoba, de Saskatchewan et du Nord-Ouest de l'Ontario. Diriger une équipe de 15 représentants des ventes, au service de nos principaux clients dans plus de 300 magasins.
    Passion pour la gestion du personnel et l'encadrement des autres;
    Solide compréhension du marché de la vente au détail au Canada;
    Des antécédents de succès en gestion de comptes;
    Formation / sanction des études :
    Titulaire d'un baccalauréat en arts spécialisé en administration des affaires, en gestion des entreprises ou tout autre domaine connexe.
    Un permis de conduire de niveau « LICENSE TYPE SASKATCHEWAN » ou « LICENSE TYPE MANITOBA » est requis ainsi qu'un dossier de conduite favorable (un dossier du conducteur sera demandé dans le cadre de la procédure de recrutement);
    Vous serez sur le terrain environ 3 jours par semaine;
    Une voiture de fonction sera mise à disposition.
    Du lundi au vendredi, heures de travail normales.
    Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?
    You lead a team of field sales representatives/managers to ensure execution of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets.
    Manage, develop and motivate the team and work closely with the sales capability team to ensure delivery of training to the team.
    Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPI's and targets and provide reporting as required.
    Work closely with key stakeholders including the account team, category, activation team, sales capability and customer finance to provide the optimum return across your region.
    Considerable knowledge of market and routes-to-market in which Mondelēz International performs
    Experience in sales and managing a team of salespeople
    Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes
    Field Sales Manager for the Manitoba, Sasketchwan, North Western Ontario territory. Leading a team of 15 Sales representatives, servicing our key customers across over 300 stores.
    Passion for people management and coaching others.
    Strong understanding of the Canadian Retail Landscape.
    Track record of success in Account Management
    Bachelor of Arts graduate in Business Administration, Business Management, or any other related field.
    Valid driver's license for the province is required and includes a favorable driving record (a Driver's Abstract will be requested as part of the recruitment process)
    Expected to be in the field approximately3 days per week.
    Monthly overnight travel is to be expected.
    A company car will be provided.
    Monday to Friday during regular business hours.
