    The Project Coordinator (Municipal Practice) provides support to the Head of the Municipal Practice by managing the progress of multiple projects from start to finish.Ideally you are currently working in a professional services and/or executive search firm or are providing administrative support at the senior level of a municipality.If you are looking to develop your skills further and join a company where you can add value, then this could be the opportunity for you.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and craft candidate reports, briefing documents, interview guides and proposals, as well as scheduling and coordination of internal and external meetings, preparing and updating client files and search reports.
  • Proactively manage multiple projects by tracking information through database and reporting tools using a high degree of analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Publish confidential information in a presentable format for client review while adhering to company standards.

    • Education and Experience:

  • University/college graduate with minimum of 3-5 years related administrative experience.
  • Administration expertise in supporting senior executives (ideally in a professional services environment) exercising good judgment and a calm demeanor.
  • Analytical and research skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Self starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong English language communication skills both written and verbal.
