    Welcome to Bytown Bath We're on the lookout for a passionate individual to join our team as a full-time Sales Representative in the heart of Ottawa, ON. No cold calling All leads are pre-qualified and confirmed. What do we offer our Sales Representative? We're glad you asked

    This position earns a competitive pay range of $30,000 to $200,000/year in commission and a host of benefits.

    Our benefit package includes paid vacation, holidays, and the newest technology to help you reach your earnings goals easier.

    Your journey is a full-time commitment, with a regular schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

    YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE

    Embark on a day filled with excitement and purpose as a Sales Representative. Each morning, you'll dive into our weekly team meeting, collaborating with like-minded individuals, sharing insights, and contributing to the collective success of the team. Following that, you'll immerse yourself in training courses, elevating your product knowledge and refining your sales techniques to perfection.

    As the day unfolds, you'll find yourself running up to 3 pre-scheduled and pre-qualified appointments during business hours. Your dynamic role involves regulating your schedule, clocking in/out with consistency, and leading clients through an interactive and highly personalized one-call close sales process. Your goal? Achieving weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets established by the company.

    Here's what we need from you:

  • At least 18 years old
  • A valid driver's license
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Background or knowledge in construction or renovation
  • Strong understanding of building codes
  • Comfortable with technology including iPad, laptops, and Microsoft

    • At least 2 years of construction experience is preferred. Experience with SharePoint software is a plus.
