    You will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers across the globe. You will connect with key account managers and technical consultants to develop long-term relationships and a strong brand portfolio. You will liaise between candidates and internal expert teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop a pipeline of highly qualified local talent in key targeted areas to support technology solutions.
    • Spearhead Talent Acquisition efforts by managing the entire recruitment lifecycle process from sourcing to hiring.
    • Source, phone- screen and deliver qualified candidates, as per the given requirements, timelines and budget.
    • Develop strong rapport with the Hiring Managers, Resource Managers, and recruitment team; work along with them to ensure timely and quality resource fulfilment.
    • Plan & prioritize requirements & publish status update/reports on a periodic basis.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of OP's Internal Processes
    • Cultivate OP culture that will encourage leading talent to join our team

    Required Skills:

    • 2-8 yrs of strong IT recruitment experience (end-to-end hiring cycle) in US region.
    • Strong command on talent sourcing through direct / passive channels.
    • Must have strong knowledge on job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder.
    • Should be familiar with tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C etc.) & work authorizations.
    • Should be familiar with IT resource market of North America region.
    • Ability to establish networking through social media such as LinkedIn
    • Strong communication & client interaction skills
    • Experience in advanced sourcing techniques.
    • Experience with Ceipal is a plus.
