Full-Time Posting date 16-Aug-2023 Location: Montreal, Quebec City Montreal Province/State Quebec Area of Interest: Information technology A full-time position over 3 days Thursday to Saturday from 06:30 or 08:30 to 19:00 or 21:00 In compliance with all procedures and service agreements (SLA), This position reports to the Section Director CCO Operations, Infrastructure Delivery and IT Security Assets Your main challenges

    • Have an appetite and skills for automating operational processes
    • Participate proactively in incident resolution
    • Develop and review work systems and processes in order to improve them and ensure quality
    • Protect the interests of the Bank by ensuring compliance with established policies, standards and procedures
    • Act as a "coach" to your less experienced colleagues and represent the department or the Bank to various organizations, authorities or stakeholders
    • Carry out complex and varied analyzes as well as carry out various important evaluations in order to provide relevant information for decision-making
    • Participate in or carry out special projects having an impact on the evolution of practices, policies or products
    • Formulate recommendations to optimize the efficiency of operations and the quality of information.
    • Monitor activities and ensure you obtain all the data necessary for the control and smooth running of activities.
    • Ensure optimal stability and availability of data and processes For this position we are mainly looking for the following assets:
    • Rigor and curiosity (work in operational support)
    • Great sense of teamwork
    • Great knowledge of corporate data
    • Mastery of Script language Knowledge of DataDog and ticketing system Salesforce (an advantage)
    • In-depth knowledge of Python
    • Knowledge of SQL Developer (SQL queries)
    • Knowledge of UNIX/Linux commands Training:
    • Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and five years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the sector of activity and three years of relevant experience OR University certificate/PUB 1st cycle and seven years of relevant experience
    • Bilingualism (spoken/written)

    French and English Languages:
    Language: English Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
