    Reporting to the Director, Digital Agile Sales & Marketing, you're accountable for leading teams executing digital marketing campaigns using Agile guiding principles, framework and values.

    In addition to your directs, you will also lead a cross-functional team of subject matter experts focusing on business priorities, encourage collaboration, remove impediments, capacity management, implementing operational excellence and efficiencies to drive business outcomes.

    Acquisition Sales – new product open, existing product stimulation, cross channel sales lead referrals
    Sales Leads – digital referral to agent assisted channel
    Digital engagement – adoption and use of Digital channels

    You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

    Team Player and Leadership – You lead a hard-working, energetic cross-functional team through Agile ceremonies, collaborative workshops, and end-to-end campaign execution.

    Creative Thinking Approach – You're a part of our internal agency and are responsible for looking at campaign execution holistically leveraging insight, best practices and learnings to simplify go to market

    Push the Norm – You're motivated by moonshots, bringing fresh new ideas to the table and not afraid to push the norm across digital and direct channels within our measure and optimize culture.

    Business Acumen and Relationship Building – Forge strong relationships with CIBC's various teams, by working with the business and internal partners, owning your business, with a strong understanding of the client needs and experiences across all channels.

    You are a great communicator , with the ability to synthesize complex analysis, findings and recommendations, then package key messages for leadership teams
