    Description

    Our client in the industrial SE area in Calgary is hiring for a Service Coordinator on a rotational schedule This is a great role for a dynamic individual with great customer service skills who wants to work with a growing team to provide service recommendations for unit repairs and warranties.

    Manage customer inquiries, payments and purchase orders for all service work completed.
    Manage the service center's workflow and scheduling of technicians for installs and repairs.
    Provide information for customers on warranty, repair costs, and any service delays.
    Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field considered an asset.
    ~2+ years in a customer service role, in industry considered an asset.
    ~ Strong Communication skills that can be tailored to technicians, customers, and senior management.
