    Your Role

    Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for sales and marketing efforts to support Arcus Power's growth initiatives.

    • Partner with Account Executives to identify strategies to target key accounts within their territories to uncover new opportunities
    • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
    • Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts
    • Disseminate opportunities to appropriate Account Executives, educating each rep as necessary about the opportunity
    • Become a trusted resource and develop productive relationships with prospects
    • Develop and generate Sales Qualified Leads by following up on marketing-generated leads and inbound requests
    • Researching and understanding various lines of business and personas
    • Learn how to have value-based discussions with prospects
    • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
    • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports of sales results to Sales Leadership
    • Work closely with the sales team to plan, execute, meet, and exceed pipeline goals.
    • Build and develop your industry knowledge and skills to become a subject matter expert and progress further.
    • Other duties assigned by the VP Sales & Marketing.

    Your Qualifications

    • Four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Prefer candidates with B2B sales and marketing experience, either through previous employment or internships
    • Experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative with another SaaS or software company would be ideal
    • Experience using the HubSpot CRM Platform is preferred

    Compensation

    Arcus offers a comprehensive compensation package designed to reward short-term and long-term performance:

    Salary: $60,000 per year
