- Serve as the primary point of contact between our agency and clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and transparency.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clients and internal teams to ensure project objectives, timelines, and expectations are clearly defined and met.
- Conduct regular client meetings and status updates to review project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Provide your strategic input when appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with our Media Buying & Email teams to develop and execute strategic plans that align with client goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project success and identify areas for optimization.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams, including Creative, Paid Social, Paid Search, and Retention Marketing, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Manage projects and tasks across cross-functional teams, owning the content calendar built on Notion.
- Report account status' to senior management on a weekly basis.
- Proven experience in project management within the advertising or marketing industry, preferably with 4-5 years focus on D2C brands.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Notion, Meta Ads Manager, Email Marketing and relevant reporting KPI's.
- Commitment: Full Time
