    Description

    Who we are:

    Growth Collective is a full-service direct response Agency catering to small-medium sized DTC eComm brands. We are currently a team of 13, offering services such as Ad Buying, Email Management and Creative Development. Our agency is ~7 years old and currently manages ~$1.5M/month in ad budget across our clientele.

    What we are looking for:

    Are you passionate about driving growth for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity meets strategy? Growth Collective is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing client projects from inception to execution.

    External Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact between our agency and clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and transparency.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clients and internal teams to ensure project objectives, timelines, and expectations are clearly defined and met.
    • Conduct regular client meetings and status updates to review project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Provide your strategic input when appropriate.

    Internal Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with our Media Buying & Email teams to develop and execute strategic plans that align with client goals and objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project success and identify areas for optimization.
    • Provide guidance and support to internal teams, including Creative, Paid Social, Paid Search, and Retention Marketing, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
    • Manage projects and tasks across cross-functional teams, owning the content calendar built on Notion.
    • Report account status' to senior management on a weekly basis.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in project management within the advertising or marketing industry, preferably with 4-5 years focus on D2C brands.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Notion, Meta Ads Manager, Email Marketing and relevant reporting KPI's.

    Commitment and Compensation:

    • Commitment: Full Time
    • Salary: $70,000-$80,000
    • Benefits: Included
    • PTO: 3 Weeks Vacation
