    The Paid Social Analyst responsible for the setup and ongoing delivery of client digital campaigns across Search platforms.

    As a Paid Social Analyst, you will work to support the Strategy Lead in developing the short and long-term strategic direction and success for your clients.

    You will also be responsible for the successful delivery of these campaigns – from campaign setup, optimization and management to the day to day reporting to clients.

    Understand individual client needs (including and beyond specific projects) so you can help them be successful in their roles; Responsible for the successful optimization of all client campaigns – including reviewing campaign performance, as well optimizing based on the continuous feedback from both the client and strategist
    Help the team develop ideas and reports for client quarterly business reviews
    Adapt client account plans and actively align the execution of the campaign
    Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Media, Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    5 years within digital performance agency responsible for delivering against performance targets
    Previous experience with social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
    Knowledge and understanding of Web Analytics (considered an asset)
    Relevant qualification from Google and Bing (Amazon an asset)
    Advanced level MS Office skills: Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's), Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
