    Description

    Our client, a global charitable organization, is in need of a skilled Executive Assistant to support the CEO.

    The Executive Assistant will enhance office efficiency by managing relationships with the Board of Directors and Executive Committees.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Manage the CEO's office operations
    • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings and events
    • Prepare meeting agendas and packages
    • Record meeting minutes and distribute them
    • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
    • Assist in organizing Board and Committee meetings
    • Handle administrative tasks as needed

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant
    • Experience in not-for-profit sector is a plus
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

    The ideal candidate is a team player, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. If this sounds like you, please submit your resume for consideration.

    Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm Salary range: $62,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience
