    Description

    Are you a CRM whiz with a passion for technology and exceptional customer service? This remote, self-employed position offers the opportunity to build your career with a forward-thinking company while working from anywhere in the world.

    Manage and optimize the company's CRM system, ensuring smooth functionality and data accuracy.
    Generate insightful reports and analyze data to understand client behavior and trends.
    Provide ongoing training and support to users on CRM functionalities.

    Offer prompt and courteous technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the trading platform, account management, and other features.

    Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team members.
    1+ year of experience as a CRM administrator or similar role (required)
    ~ Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
    ~ Proven proficiency with a leading CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
    ~ Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data management principles
    ~ Solid computer literacy and basic troubleshooting abilities
