    If so, we are seeking a Work Management Process Specialist who is responsible for the methods, procedures, and tools utilized by Liquid Pipelines Operations teams during all phases of work management to safely carry out field maintenance on Liquid Pipelines assets.

    As the business unit subject matter expert in these areas, this individual plays a vital role in ensuring the effective design and implementation of work management processes.

    Leads development and execution of LP Field Work Management processes for all phases of work management (Identify, Plan, Schedule, Execute, Close, Analyze).

    This includes a specific focus on work management processes related to equipment maintenance, SCM (for receiving and requisitioning), PLM work and Terminal Operations as applicable.

    Provides front line support for Maximo process and technical issues

    Collaborates with operating Regions, enterprise teams and other business units for sharing of best practices for work management activities and use of Maximo.

    Supports the development and implementation of the concept of LP Operating Environments through our Work management processes.
    Develops and maintains training materials and job aids to support work management functions.
    Supports operations teams in training activities for onboarding new staff or acquisition of new assets.
    Discovers and recommends solutions for work management data issues and gaps that affect performance.
    Represents LP in key meetings, design reviews, technical discussions, procedure and training program development, and operational reviews.

    Coordinates with Organizational Change Management (OCM) lead to develop communications, change management and training plans for changes to processes and tools.

    University degree, technical diploma or equivalent experience; Minimum of 7 years oil & gas, maintenance, or pipeline experience.
    Solid understanding in development and implementation of new processes.
    Experience, knowledge and understanding of work management philosophies and practices.
    Experience and knowledge of work management functions.

    Knowledge of how enterprise resource planning technologies relate to the business and good understanding of current technologies used in the enterprise.

    Uses critical and strategic thinking to resolve analytical and technical conflicts.
    Effectively communicate and present both technical and non-technical information to stakeholders.
    Experience using a computerized maintenance management systems (Maximo or other)
    Knowledgeable in oil/gas pipeline operations
