- Meeting with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to advise on communications best practices and wowing them with your creative ideas that consider their unique goals as well as other institutional priorities.
- Developing and implementing omni-channel communication strategies, plans and campaigns that align with our strategic plan and values and help spread the amazing #SenecaProud stories of our students and graduates.
- Writing and editing various types of content – intranet articles, emails, digital signage, social media posts, scripts, briefing documents and any other format you believe will bring your topic to life.
- Creating clear, concise key messaging for every project you take on.
- You have 5+ years of experience in communications or journalism, including people leadership experience.
- You have a diploma or degree in journalism, public relations, or communications.
