    Description

    We are hiring for a Commission Only based role, looking for a Prospect Growth Relationship Executive, a role specifically identified by Occudiz for Occudiz for the expansion of business operations, to build new trusting relationships with prospects in North America with the goal of building a bridge of growth in expanding profits for both the prospect and our organization.

    We'll rely on you to find ways to outperform relationship building and prospecting from our competition and maintain our company's positive image while identifying, shopping and recommending opportunities for Occudiz within the prospects organizations.

    To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work remotely, with research and rapport building skills with prospects and customers, with an excellent established presence in North America having a wide contact range to tap into.

    We also expect you to be a strategic technical thinker (from a technology perspective) with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

    Ultimately, your role is to ensure Occudiz is speaking to the right stakeholders for RFP inclusion and project awarding with strong digital and in-person relationship building skills that eventually impacts company profits and in turn pays out high commission rates to you.

    Responsibilities
    Identify prospects, connections, contacts and engage to build relationships
    Aim for trusted advisory relationships with prospects
    Aim for scoping new projects and building trust for contract awarding
    Understand prospect needs and develop plans to communicate solutions with the team
    Identify key staff in prospect organizations to cultivate profitable relationships
    Build a cognitive brand identity within the prospects organization
    Adapt solutions quickly and effectively
    Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
    Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
    Aim to preserve prospect relationships, customers and renew contracts
    Approach potential customers to establish relationships
    Gain solid knowledge of competitors
    Requirements and skills
    Proven experience in prospecting
    Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
    Extensive knowledge of the North American technology market
    Wide network of contacts and existing relationships
    Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
    Experience in discussing technology solutions
    Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
    Problem-solving attitude
    Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
    Teamwork and leadership skills
    Customer-oriented mindset
    Experience
    2 — 4 years experience in a relevant field
    Education
    BSc/BA in relevant field
