    • Job Summary

    The Analyst, People Analytics will help drive HOOPP's people analytics strategy that puts people metrics and insights at the fingertips of HR and leaders across the organization; empower the business leaders and HR partners with advanced analysis to inform their people decisions.

    As a key member of the HR Technology & Operations team, the Analyst – People Analytics will help continuously improve the health and scalability of Workday solutions.

    What you will do:

    Data Extraction and Analysis:

  • Utilize Workday and other HR systems to extract and compile data on workforce trends, including but not limited to headcount, turnover, recruitment, and retention.
  • Analyze and transform raw data into meaningful insights, reports, and dashboards.

    • PowerBI and Tableau Dashboard Management:

  • Maintain and enhance existing PowerBI dashboards and reports using Workday data.
  • Ensure quarterly manual refresh of dashboards and explore automation opportunities.
  • Experience in building new dashboards in Tableau is preferred.
  • Familiarity with databases, particularly relational databases like SQL, is preferred.

    • Quarterly Board Reports:

  • Prepare quarterly board reports highlighting key workforce movements and trends.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure data-driven insights are effectively communicated.

    • Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for process improvement in data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to streamline reporting procedures.

    • Collaboration and Training:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs.

    • Strategic Initiatives:

  • Work closely with the HR leadership team to identify strategic initiatives and projects related to people analytics.
  • Assist in shaping the long-term people data strategy for the organization.

    • What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Data Science, Business, Human Resources) - advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization, with a focus on HR data.
  • Proficiency in Workday, PowerBI, and Tableau is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A strong commitment to data accuracy, privacy, and security.
  • Preferred: Workday report writer, Workday Functional Certifications; Workday Pro certification in one or multiple HCM modules
