    The Client Engagement Coordinator will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with a regional scope to play the pivotal role in building connections with key stakeholders within the Ottawa area.

    The core responsibility of this position will be to establish and strengthen relationships specifically with educational institutions, colleges, and universities, acting as a bridge between academia and the professional world to further increase access to participants and successful outcomes for the project.

    As the Client Engagement Coordinator, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills to develop and execute engagement strategies, ensuring effective collaboration with internal staff, to support the success of the project.


    Stakeholder Relationship Building/Opportunity Creation:
    Network Expansion and Project Support
    Assist in the development and expansion of a diverse network of employers in the Ottawa region.
    Contribute to the overall success of CCRW by ensuring seamless connectivity between educational institutions, students, and employers.
    2+ years of proven experience in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, or related field
    ~ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related discipline
    ~ Proven ability to utilize technology and proficiency in the use of Office 365, preference given for experience in the use of the Salesforce platform.
    ~ Creative, organized, collaborative, and motivated individual.
    ~ Familiarity with barriers experienced by job seekers with disabilities.
    ~ French language fluency an asset

    The role is eligible for a hybrid work model with a combination of some in-office and remote work.
