    Description

    As an Account Manager at Univar Solutions, you will be responsible for all existing accounts within your territory and be tasked with leading initiatives that drive business growth.

    Call on established and prospective customers to sell company products and services.

    • Grow our industrial footprint within the Greater Toronto Area by meeting with customers consistently in order to strengthen client relationships.
    • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross sell to key stakeholders
    • Co ordinate with Customer Service and Operations to maintain customer service levels.
    • Forecast sales activity and revenue projections on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
    • Utilize Salesforce to manage customer information during all planning phases.
    • Key Performance Indicators:
    • Actively grow and maintain opportunity pipeline.
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Chemistry or similar.
    • Ability to clearly articulate how proposed solutions meet client business objectives.
    • Recognize and monitor market conditions, trends, and competitor activities.
    • Must be self motivated and apply emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with internal & external stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM & Tableau for Data Analytics is an asset.
    • Working knowledge of contract terms, principles, and profitability calculations.
