    Skills and Responsibilities:


    • Hands-on technical working experience as a Pega Administrator in an Azure cloud environment.


    • Hands-on technical working experience in supporting Pega clients through maintaining different Pega infrastructures, application deployment, development cycle, and release/change management.


    • Hands-on working knowledge in the use of monitoring tools like Pega Diagnostic Cloud (PDC) and/or Splunk and/or Dynatrace.


    • Hands-on technical working experience in supporting / migrating / upgrading in Pega Framework & Pega Customer Process Manager (CPM) with some or all of the following middleware technologies (Websphere; JBoss; Tomcat; WebLogic) & operating systems (Red Hat Enterprise Linux [RHEL] & UNIX [AIX preferably]).


    • Hands-on technical working experience in deploying cloud environment instances with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) on Microsoft Azure through the CI/CD pipeline.


    • Hands-on technical working experience in operational support for software delivery management tools such as Atlassians suite of products (Jira, BitBucket, Confluence).


    • very good proficiency in the use of 1 or more of the following scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Java).


    • excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve problems quickly and effectively.


    • You are highly creative in identifying and researching technical solutions. You can take abstract concepts and apply them to formulate solutions to resolve business problems.


    • basic technical familiarity with any of the following relational databases (DB2, MS SQL Server) is an asset.
