JIM'S JOURNAL VOL 3

JIM’S JOURNAL
VOL 3: FEBRUARY 10, 2024

This week I put the finishing t ouches on a new story
entitled; When I'm 64. This is the teaser for it.

Joe Maughn is a retired copywriter who needs spinal surgery
for an E-Coli infection. After his surgery, he starts to notice a
real change in his behaviour. He starts having vivid dreams
and writing them out into three novels and one screenplay.
Through an advertising buddy who was now writing mysteries,
he gets introduced to an agent/publisher who just loves his
work. So at sixty-three, Joe is suddenly starting a second
career, one which pays a lot more than his former one. The only
thing that's bothering Joe is just exactly where all these stories
are coming from.

You can find the link to it, and my other stories, on my FB or LI
page.

Elsewhere: Idiot Republicans in America have voted down a
package that would provide financial aid to Ukraine and
Taiwan, and would put good control measures into place at the
southern border. The Trump owned Supreme Court also
reversed lower court decisions to remove Trump from the
ballot. All that means is that the America people need to get
their asses out to vote or their country will become another
totalitarian state run by an idiot who bankrupted a freaking
casino and has no humanity anywhere tn his black soul.
Weather wise, it hit 18 Celcius here yesterday. Real February
weather + Also I decided to watch the Superbowl this year, just
to see all the animus directed at little Taylor Swift by all the
he-man Trumpers, who evidently are scared shitless of her
I'would tell you that America is in the process of screwing itself
up completely, but you probably already know that.

It's not a hell of a lot better here in Canada, where |
the Conservatives think they're Republicans. It's all Ye
pretty fuckin’ sad in that regard. pre
