- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Serve as the main point of contact for office supplies and shipping
- Monitoring incoming and outgoing mail
- Scheduling courier services for the branch
- Ad hoc administrative requests for the branch
- Assist with the organization, set up and clean up of branch lunches and meetings
- Serve as backup to our operations team
- High quality time management and organization skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and work proactively
