- Generate new leads through networking, referrals and community groups.
- Build relationships with prospective and current members.
- Meet monthly goals including tours and new sales revenue.
- Prepare and complete administrative duties in accordance with club/departmental standards.
- Assist in membership staff recruitment.
- Assist in staff training.
- Scheduling of membership team
- Assist in managing a member retention program.
- Assist in handling of member concerns and questions.
- Strong knowledge of fitness and/or racquet sports is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Flexible schedule Available evenings and Saturdays or Sundays
- Previous sales experience required (1-3 years minimum)
- Efficient in computer technology as it relates to member management, data entry, online registration.
