    About the Company:

    Our client, a listed Uranium company with Nth American exploration and development projects is currently searching for a Chief Executive Officer. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for driving the company's overall strategy and performance to maximise shareholder value.

    Role Overview:

    • Lead the development and execution of the company's strategic plan to advance its uranium exploration and development projects;
    • Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including exploration and project advancement, strategic planning, marketing, stakeholder engagement and financial management;
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, government officials, community leaders and contractor groups;
    • Provide leadership and direction to company employees, ensuring alignment with the groups goals and objectives;
    • Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation;
    • Monitor market movements to identify opportunities for M&A;
    • Represent the company at industry events, investor meetings, and other public forums.

      Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical discipline (Mining, Geoscience, Chemical/Process Engineering);
      • Prior executive level experience in the mining and resources sector;
      • Proven track record of driving growth in a leadership role;
      • Strong technical understanding of the uranium commodity discipline;
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
