    Administrative Assistant Location:
    Brunel are currently partnered with a market leading, high profile Oil & Gas company located in Edmonton.

    We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to our team and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

    As a Senior Administrative Assistant you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to a department or individual


    Administrative Support:
    Typing, filing, and maintaining organized records.
    Answering phones and addressing inquiries with professionalism.


    Special Projects:
    Work on special projects involving recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.
    Multi-task and prioritize effectively to meet project deadlines.


    Office Management:
    Obtain necessary supplies and oversee mail sorting/distribution.
    Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
    Provide leadership and mentorship to other office staff.


    Communication and Training:
    Train and mentor other office staff as needed.
    Handle confidential and sensitive data with discretion.


    Project Leadership:
    Lead projects with a focus on creating and developing rather than just maintaining and monitoring.
    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
    Strong administrative coordination abilities.
    additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
    Proven experience as a Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
    Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and mentor other office staff.
    Track record of successfully leading and completing projects.
