For more information, \\ POSITION: Accounts Payable Specialist\ SCHEDULE: Full-Time\ LOCATION: Tulsa, OK\\ DESCRIPTION: \Our rapidly expanding company is currently searching for an AccountsPayable Specialist to join our team. In this position, the successfulcandidate will be responsible for performing account reconciliation,processing payments, verifying invoices and preparation of tax records.If you are detail-oriented and have an in-depth knowledge of accountspayable principles, we want to hear from you.\\ RESPONSIBILITIES: \Duties shall include but are not limited to the following:

    • Process Payables
    • Create Disbursements
    • Set up and verify new vendors
    • Reconciliation of vendor statements to payables activity
    • Invoice and purchase order discrepancy resolution
    • Gather W-9s, as applicable and denote these as 1099 vendors in thesystem
    • Verify and generate 1099 & 1096 information and forms
    • Filing and record retention
    • Cross-train and back up accounting team as needed
