    As the Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a key role in our growth as a company by attracting, engaging, and recruiting top talent across various disciplines.

    You will act as a brand ambassador, create a great candidate experience, and work as a partner with the management team to help define roles, requirements and to provide strategic guidance and process recommendations.

    Minimum 5 years' in-house technical recruiting experience with high volume recruitment. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and influencing skills , results driven, high performing, collaborative, shows initiative, proactive, encourages building key relationships
    Working knowledge of a modern ATS - Lever strongly preferred
    Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional technical candidates
    Full cycle Talent Acquisition support for technical and professional roles
    The Talent Acquisition Specialist operates as a talent advisor to the business, bringing knowledge and understanding of external markets and sourcing strategies
    Manage and drive full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer
    Act as a TA ambassador building the talent brand through social media, events and school partnerships
    Partner with PCBP to provide support and guidance to hiring managers through the full recruitment cycle
    Leverage Talent Acquisition reporting
    Be the superuser and resident expert on our Applicant Tracking System (Lever)
