    Description
    Our client is a specialist partner in revenue intelligence, providing both software solutions and advisory services from its platform.

    It offers cloud-based solutions for the airline industry, including its data analytics software, pricing solution, all based on AI/ML solutions.

    Your responsibilities will extend to managing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and contributing to the development of efficient release processes.

    An important aspect of this role involves direct engagement with customers, providing technical support, and addressing inquiries promptly.

    You will work in a small, motivated, and experienced software development team responsible for delivering best-in-class revenue data analytics and data science-based revenue optimization solutions to the global airline industry.

    Your characteristics include being proactive, passionate about IT administration and operations, problem-solving and effective communication skills.

    Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers
    # Upgrading, installing, and configuring new software
    # Creating user accounts and performing access control
    # On-call technical support (not 24×7)

    Good knowledge of automation
    Good knowledge of networking
    Good knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems, including scripting
    Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune
    Mid-level knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services)
