    We are seeking a seasoned Senior Conveyancer / Real Estate Paralegal to join our growing team.

    This role is ideal for a dynamic professional eager to drive change and make a substantial impact within the legal community.

    You will work remotely, allowing you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life while being part of a supportive and progressive team.

    Manage a full range of real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, refinancing, and leases.
    Conduct due diligence, including title searches, tax searches, and other necessary investigations.
    Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of real estate conveyancing.
    Minimum of 7 years of experience as a conveyancer or real estate paralegal.
    Comprehensive understanding of real estate law and transaction processes.
    Proficient in a variety of real estate software applications, registries and tools.
