    Description

    Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

    At least 6 years of work experience including HR domain with Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant experience with Masters.

    Work experience in a high / fast-paced organization with constantly evolving priorities. Excellent time management skills
    Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area. Coaching and Mentoring skills for team building, client facing skills.
    Assist in manage and review the following – HR operations, Performance management framework
    Manage and support the following aspects – Employee Assimilation, Hiring and Deployment, Performance Management.
    Execute unit specific performance management framework
    Manage all aspects of reporting, analytics and metrics as required.
    French language proficiency is an asset but not mandatory
    The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
