- Coordinate arrivals and departures of our guest.
- Promote the hotel products and services offered such as our breakfast and bar.
- Collect payments for services rendered via our PMS.
- Answer various questions about establishment services, tourist attractions, and different regional activities.
- Coordinate group arrivals and departures in collaboration with the sales department.
- Direct incoming calls to the right person and or room.
- Handle customer complaints.
