    We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Analyst. This is a full-time position based in Calgary, Alberta.
    Review/approve weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payrolls and redirect payments.
    SME for Payroll, HRIS and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) functions, projects and processes within Canada.
    Support with payroll system implementation.
    Perform complete data transformation prior to migration to payroll system.
    Work with Project Manager and Payroll Manager on system upgrade and implementation and reporting requirements.
    End to End testing and review of system updates and configurations.
    Ensuring payroll system is up to date and in compliance with legislative and union requirements.
    Audit payroll reports for each payroll run to confirm accuracy.
    Reporting and reconciliation of payroll data.
    Prepare year end government tax documents (T4) and various year end payroll reports as requested.
    Create custom reports and analysis to support various business units.
    Initiate and support process improvements within payroll to align with corporate strategies, working closely with internal stakeholders.
    Other duties as assigned by the payroll Manager.

    Technical and Industry Experience:
    Relevant years of extensive payroll experience.
    Comprehensive understanding and solid working knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and practices.
    Systems applicable - ADP GlobalView (SAP), Global Business Systems (GBS), PeopleLink, Ceridian Dayforce.
