    Research Assistant Research, Evaluation, and Innovation Full time, 1.0 FTE, 1-year contract Jarvis Site The Garry Hurvitz Centre for Community Mental Health at SickKids (CCMH at SickKids) is a child and youth mental health centre integrated withThe Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids).CCMH at SickKids is undertaking an ambitious agenda to establish a revitalized academic community mental health centre that provides the highest quality of care, combined with excellence in teaching and community-based research.

    CCMH at SickKids is locatedacross two sites in Toronto and offers both in-person and virtual care to clients and their families, from prevention and early intervention through assessment, counselling and therapy and intensive services.

    We are also connected to the continuum of mental health services for children and youth supported by SickKids:

    the Brain and Mental Health Program, theSickKids TeleLink Mental Health Program, theSickKids CCMH Learning Instituteand our online resources throughAboutKidsHealth.

    We are seeking a research assistant with relevant experience and education to support the Centre's research endeavors, including data collection and progress and outcome monitoring implementation.

    Data collection, management and basic analysis Interfacing with clients, parents and community members from diverse backgrounds Monitoring project timelines and deliverables Other research support tasks such as conducting literature reviews, developing grant proposals, and contributing to knowledge dissemination Complies with the organization's vision, policies and procedures Flexibility in work across sites and virtually Bachelor's degree in a health-related field and two years of relevant research experience and/or equivalent combination of education and research experience (Experience in a mental health setting is highly desirable) Strong understanding of fundamentals of research design and research ethics Proficiency in research-related software-including Excel, SPSS, REDCap Proficiency in common office software
