    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our client's team. The next BDR teammate has a passion for sales and is looking to grow their sales career. They are self-motivated to meet targets and goals and thrive in a close-knit team environment. As a key part of the sales team, they will be responsible for generating opportunities through outbound prospecting, utilizing lead generation tools, data entry and updating info into a CRM.

    The Role:

    • Calling prospects in the construction ecosystem including GC's and Project Owners (Government and Private)
    • Qualifying and uncovering new prospects and opportunities
    • Scheduling introduction calls for the Account Executive team
    • Utilizing a CRM to update accounts (HubSpot knowledge is a plus).

    What are we looking for (required superpowers):

    • 2+ years experience with a proven track record of success in BDR sales, preferably within the construction industry.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Ability to cold call and manage data entry
    • Ability to work as a team player within a small team environment.
    • Experience working a discovery sales process
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools.
