- Calling prospects in the construction ecosystem including GC's and Project Owners (Government and Private)
- Qualifying and uncovering new prospects and opportunities
- Scheduling introduction calls for the Account Executive team
- Utilizing a CRM to update accounts (HubSpot knowledge is a plus).
- 2+ years experience with a proven track record of success in BDR sales, preferably within the construction industry.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to cold call and manage data entry
- Ability to work as a team player within a small team environment.
- Experience working a discovery sales process
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools.
