    For over 60 years, The ECCO Group has experienced consistent expansion, with our manufacturing sector dominating the sheet metal HVAC market in Western Canada. Our ECCO Supply division offers comprehensive wholesale distribution services for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) supplies and equipment. With sales branches situated in manufacturing and distribution hubs across Western and Central Canada, we are now extending our team into the United States. We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering substantial market expansion to join our organization as we continue to grow.

    ABOUT THE POSITION:

    The Regional Sales Director ensures profitable sales growth in a specific region by leading a supportive team through planning, execution, and management. Typically, they're part of the management team focused on maintaining a professional, efficient organization that seizes new opportunities while addressing existing challenges.

    The Regional Sales Director will execute all responsibilities promptly and meticulously, leveraging their abilities with utmost care, integrity, and professionalism. Every decision and action they take is thoughtfully considered to align with Company and Branch objectives, encompassing sales, profit, and broader corporate goals such as customer and employee satisfaction.

    · Providing leadership and guidance to Territory Managers, Customer Service Managers and to all employees in their region as appropriate;

    · Consistently providing superior customer service to ECCO customers so they will want to do repeat business;

    · Seeking out new business opportunities for recommendation to the Vice President & General Manager and executive management

    ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

    · Experience overseeing $30M+ revenue OR any experience in a Branch Manager role, Operations Manager role, or Sales Management role with any ECCO Supply branch;

    · A degree or college diploma in administration, accounting, business, engineering or management;

    · Leadership experience either with ECCO or any previous employer;

    · Applied knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems

    Job Type: Full-time
