    JOB STATEMENT:


    Guardian Capital Group Limited ("GCG") is a diversified financial services company which serves the needs of clients ranging from private clients to institutions.

    Guardian Partners Inc. is a multi-family office, often referred to as an Outsourced Chief Investment Officer.

    Our focus at GPI is to work with ultra high net worth families, and endowments and foundations, to achieve their wealth goals.

    To a lesser extent, our clients also include pension plans, ideally related to our client base. Our clients are coast to coast and reside primarily in Canada.

    As a trusted advisor for families we work closely with our clients' taxation, estate planning, and insurance advisors delivering a holistic solution and client experience.

    The goals of our endowment and foundation clients reach beyond investment returns and include social impact and social and societal good.

    GPI ( presents a dynamic opportunity for a motivated individual who desires working in a progressive, team-based financial services environment.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    Provide support to the Investment Counsellor team to assist in the managing of administrative aspects of client relationships;Oversee all operations activities in support of investment counsellor's ability to deliver a fantastic client experienceEnsure all transaction processing follows internal procedures and are complete, accurate and timely Work with internal partners to assist in maintaining the complete technology stack, taking ownership and understanding of all tools and their various functionsWork with internal partners, as GPI operations lead, and assist in implement new technology solutions to improve efficiency throughout the organizationLead the ongoing support, supervision, training and development opportunities for GPI team members, offering guidance and informing best practices to build comfort with processes and toolsWith other business units, collaborate and leverage the practices, procedures and tools existing at GCGOversee an annual review to ensure the maintenance and documentation of standard operating procedures, job aids, and workflow diagramsConduct periodic documented reviews and assessments of third-party vendors' performance as it relates to daily operations;Manage relationships with external vendors and technology providers Ensure complete, accurate and timely delivery of management reports to key stakeholdersIn conjunction with other business units, establish KPIs and KRIs which you will track and manage GPI productivity and riskInterface with the key GCG partners including IT, PMO, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing


    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    College or University degree – preferred major in business5 years financial services operations, wealth management; 10 years leadership experienceProject management experience (and/or designation); working on collaborative multi-year complex projects.

    Demonstrated positive client centric leadership in leading client service, administration and operations teamsStrong written and verbal communication skills.

    Strategic thinker and ability to drive mindset change to our competitive advantageTechnology platforms including back office systems, Salesforce, Revport, Charles River and more.
