    The Category Development Manager will play a key role providing Assortment, Merchandising, Pricing and Shelving recommendations to the Canadian Sales Team while forging strong cross-functional partnerships incl.

    Sales, Commercial Strategy and Marketing teams to identify opportunities and develop customer-centric selling stories.
    An expert storyteller interpreting POS, loyalty, and shopper data to develop best-in-class Category Reviews.

    Provides adhoc Sales support of presentation development identifying strategic account opportunities including space to sales analytics and ability to influence through fact-based storytelling.

    Educates and disseminates HQ strategic information (brand & insights), studies and analyses, to Team and Account with market focus.

    Builds relationships with North American and Global Shopper Category Development Team to leverage and share best demonstrated practices.
