    Nespresso Field Manager
    Field Management


    Employment Duration:
    Full-time

    As a Nespresso Field Manager, you'll lead a team of Marketing and Training Representatives that are responsible for driving sales, increasing category share and brand awareness.

    Represent one of the largest consumer brands in the world, Nespresso.
    Conduct periodic business reviews to review performance.
    Assist in meetings, training sessions, webinars, etc.
    Support and maintain strong relationships with existing and new franchise partners.
    Responsible for overseeing and driving operational compliance in health and food standards.
    Ensure outstanding Guest Service experience and product quality.
    Drive compliance and participation of all operating initiatives, required certifications, policies and practices etc.
    Frequent field visits with District Managers and Demo Teams to support and develop.
    Act as the Brand/business ambassador at all times.
    Sales and Leadership Management.
    Review and analysis financial reports (Power BI is an asset).
    Ensure brand protection and proper food safety execution.
    Strong planning strategies and follows ups.
    Ensuring company standards and policy are upheld.
    5 years of team leadership management experience an asset.
    ~ Requires a valid driver's license.
    ~ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (French is an asset).
    ~ A willingness to work in a team supported environment.
    ~ Demonstrated Management skills, with proven ability to handle difficult discussions with employees and customers.
    ~ Demonstrated self starter qualities and result driven ability.
