    Job Description:

    Cosmos Sports & Entertainment is scouting for a committed, energetic, and outgoing individual with a passion for both sales and sports. The Bilingual Registrations Executive will be responsible for connecting with underserved communities in Quebec about registering for AquaGo and Try-It programs on behalf of Artistic Swimming Canada .

    Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Executing on registration campaigns for our client Artistic Swimming Canada - i.e. actively engaging in outbound cold calling, email marketing and prospecting efforts.
  • Developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospective registrants for assigned clients.
  • Maintaining internal CRM databases and correspondence with current and potential clients
  • Prospecting potential registrants for Canadian Artistic Swimming
  • Performing all other responsibilities and duties as assigned

    • Qualifications:

    TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION YOU MUST BE FLUENT IN BOTH ENGLISH AND FRENCH.

    Preference will be given to candidates who are graduates of college/university programs relevant to Business, Marketing, Sport Management or related fields of study.

    What YOU will bring to Cosmos Sports:

    Ability to work as an effective team player, as well as independently

    Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Strong understanding of MS Office Applications

    Previous sales and/or customer service experience is an asset.

    Experience with ticketing platforms is considered an asset but NOT required

    The position will be a REMOTE opportunity.
