    As a member of the Gay Lea Foods Information Technology Department, this candidate will provide functional and technical support of Gay Lea's business applications, including the ERP, Warehouse Management (WMS) and EDI systems.

    Develop deep knowledge and technical expertise of Gay Lea's business applications
    Manage incoming support tickets from business users to solve application, technical and/or database issues
    ERP and WMS, ERP and EDI), and resolve discrepancies

    • Debug, test and promote bug fixes, and follow-up to make sure problems have been addressed satisfactorily
    Act as a technology enablement resource for the Gay Lea Enterprise Project Management Office, representing IT as both a stakeholder and expert
    Conduct functionality demonstrations and training to end-users
    Work collaboratively with all levels of the organization and with external contractors
    Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT
    Solid experience supporting IT applications
    Basic Understanding of general business processes such as 'Order to cash' and 'Procure to pay'
    Programming/coding knowledge (particularly X++ and SQL queries) considered an asset
    College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or 2+ years of relevant work experience in Information Technology
    Related Microsoft Certification(s) such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
    Project Management and/or Business Analyst Certifications considered an asset
    ITIL Certification(s) considered an asset
